What sleep problems??

Went to baby sign language class today - very educational. Even learnt how to do Where is the Green Sheep? signs! Should make reading time much more interesting. While we were chatting afterwards of course Lexy contradicted my stories of sleeping problems by once again falling asleep with no fuss - on my lap this time!

Lexy, Googie and moi had a lovely day out in Balmain (do I spy dimples in those cheeks??). If not for the fly in the cafe window we also would have enjoyed lovely fresh cream cakes. Pesky insects.

We had Cushy come and stay for a week. Every day was filled with shopping, adoration of and amazement at Lexy and coffee (for mummy, not Lexy). We miss you already Cushy!

We tried pew pew again while out to dinner with Soph, Cam & Shae and we weren't disappointed. Lexy had us all at the table making noises trying to elicit a giggle.

Rides and rolls

Lexy chose to celebrate the news of her 8.5kg weigh in by rolling over. I was quite amused to learn that the averae weight of a 1 year old is 10kgs - Lexy is almost there at just 4 mths. She has certainly earned her T-Lex nickname.

New jungle gym (in shot you can see Lex's friend Emily, the Lamaze Emily doll thx Jules!)





First ride on Dad's shoulders. Loved it - you'll have to believe she giggled the whole time before we got the camera out.
